Feast of Tabernacles - NW Washington State
Sukkot 2018 - South of Seattle, Washington
2018 Sukkot Registration is now open.
Sukkot: An OverviewDear Friends and Brethren, we invite you and your family to join with us to celebrate the Biblical Feast of Tabernacles in beautiful Washington State.
The Feast of Tabernacles (Hebrew 'Sukkot,' pronounced "Sue-Coat") is described in Scripture (Leviticus 23:33 - 44). This a time for all of YHWH's people to gather together as families, for camping out together, (dwelling in 'booths' or tents), and for meeting together to rejoice, to study the Scriptures, and fellowship together. |
Attending the Biblical 8-day Feast of Tabernacles has been a life-changing experience for many families. It is costly to camp out together with others during the Feast, but there is a great blessing that results.
The joy of YHWH is greatly magnified in the camp during the Feast, when we live together and rejoice together, in obedience to His Word. Bring the entire family and plan to rejoice with us in the presence of YHWH!
Ask YHWH to help you attend. Ask Him to prove Himself to you personally, and ask Him to make a way for you to keep the Feast. However, if you're unable to join our celebration, plan to attend a Feast of Tabernacles celebration near you, and keep His commandment.
Festival Location: South of Seattle, Washington.
Festival Dates: The 7th month begins at the sighting of the moon in Israel by two witnesses, which in 2018 is expected to be around the second week of September.
This year the Feast will be hosted by Congregation Beth El of Port Orchard, WA. The Feast dates for 2018 are scheduled for September 23rd to October 1st. For latest information See Sukkot Flyer on Congregation Beth El website.
Festival Activities Overview: The Festival is a blend of Hebraic/Jewish and Christian elements, and will include Biblical teachings, lots of Spirit-led praise and worship, and ample opportunities for discussion of Biblical subjects. There will also be food and fellowship around the community campfire, as well as community fellowship meals together.

Theme: The overall theme of Tabernacles NW Washington 2018 will be "Jerusalem, the Capital of God's Kingdom on Earth." The teachings and breakout sessions will focus on this theme as well as the future Millennium.
Speakers: Our Leaders and Teachers are born again, Spirit-filled, and love Yahushua; they are well-studied in the Scriptures and live Torah-observant lives. None of the speakers or teachers are professional clergy. We also do not seek to have speakers or teachers that are 'well-known' personalities to draw big crowds to our Feast gatherings.
Instead, we endeavour to have an authentic, Biblical environment for the Feast, in which the Set-Apart (Holy) Spirit becomes the main Speaker and teacher through the gifts of the Spirit. In this way, our Abba Father speaks and manifests His presence, not only through those who teach, but through even the least of those attending the Feast.
This year: We will have a more personal gathering, with speakers from within the local fellowship. We endeavour to return to the practice of the early Believers, with more teaching, prayers, and words of exhortation from among the congregation.
